supply superior grade fire clay bricks as glass furnace bottom block
Large fireclay blocks for the bottom paving and furnace sidewall are produced by vibro-casting using special castable formulations and large vibrating tables. The physical and chemical properties and appearance of these blocks exceed the respetive national standards. The glass resistance of these products is superior to that of trasitional cast and rammed products.
They are ecpecially suitable for use as melter bottom subpaving and sidewall back-up insulation
